SNOWFALL...A NORTH OR NORTHEAST WIND...SUSTAINED AT 15 TO 25 MPH
AND ACCOMPANIED BY HIGHER GUSTS...MAY LEAD TO AREAS OF BLOWING AND
DRIFTING SNOW...AS WELL AS RESTRICTIONS IN VISIBILITY.
FINALLY...WIND CHILL VALUES OF AROUND 15 DEGREES BELOW ZERO WILL
BE POSSIBLE ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA TUESDAY NIGHT.

TUESDAY.
* WIND...FROM THE NORTH OR NORTHEAST...SUSTAINED AT 15 TO 25 MPH

* TEMPERATURE...FALLING TO NEAR ZERO TUESDAY NIGHT...WITH WIND
