* SNOW ACCUMULATION...TOTAL ACCUMULATION OF GENERALLY 1 TO 2
INCHES. ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES ARE NOT OUT
OF THE QUESTION.
* WINDS...NORTH WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH...GUSTING NEAR 45 MPH.
* WIND CHILL...VALUES WILL FALL TO BETWEEN 20 AND 30 DEGREES
BELOW ZERO.
* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF FALLING SNOW AND STRONG WINDS IS
EXPECTED TO RESULT IN HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS...WITH
VISIBILITIES DROPPING TO 1/4 MILE AT TIMES. ONCE THE SNOW
ENDS...DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILL VALUES WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
