TEMPERATURES WARM INTO THE UPPER 70S TO AROUND 80 DEGREES. RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES WILL DROP TO AROUND 25 PERCENT ACROSS THE WARNING
AREA. THIS COMBINATION OF LOW HUMIDITY AND GUSTY WINDS WILL RESULT
IN WEATHER CONDITIONS CONDUCIVE TO THE RAPID GROWTH AND SPREAD OF
WILDLAND FIRES.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.
