RAINFALL.

WILLIAMSON. IN SOUTHEAST MISSOURI...BOLLINGER...CAPE
GIRARDEAU...CARTER...PERRY MO AND WAYNE MO.
* FROM 7 AM CDT THIS MORNING THROUGH 7 AM THURSDAY MORNING.
* SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE WIDESPREAD 2 TO 3 INCH
RAINFALLS. SOME LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS WILL BE POSSIBLE.
* STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE TORRENTIAL RAINFALL THAT MAY
QUICKLY INUNDATE DRAINAGE SYSTEMS...RESULTING IN FLASH
FLOODING.
