...THE FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 300 PM CDT FOR BARTON...
BENTON...BOURBON...CEDAR...CHEROKEE...CRAWFORD...MORGAN...ST. CLAIR
AND VERNON COUNTIES...
AT 1120 AM CDT...LOCAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS AND LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED THAT SEVERAL SECONDARY ROADWAYS
REMAINED FLOODED IN BOURBON COUNTY. OTHER COUNTIES WERE NOT
EXPERIENCING FLOODING AT THIS TIME. HOWEVER...ANOTHER AREA OF
MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL WAS MOVING ACROSS THE WARNED AREA LATE
THIS MORNING. THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF UP TO AN INCH MAY LEAD TO
LOCALIZED FLOODING SINCE THESE AREAS REMAIN VERY SATURATED.
