* AT 539 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS
ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
