HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN
HAS FALLEN SINCE EARLY MORNING ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING.
