MID SOUTH SUNDAY NIGHT...
A SECOND BLAST OF ARCTIC AIR WILL QUICKLY FILTER IN BEHIND A
DEVELOPING LATE FALL STORM SUNDAY NIGHT. RAIN IS EXPECTED
INITIALLY OVER THE ENTIRE MID SOUTH...WITH TEMPERATURES DROPPING
TO NEAR FREEZING AS EARLY AS LATE SUNDAY EVENING ACROSS NORTHEAST
ARKANSAS AND THE BOOTHEEL OF MISSOURI. THE COLD AIR WILL LIKELY
HOLD OFF ON REACHING NORTHWEST TENNESSEE UNTIL LATER SUNDAY NIGHT.
LINGERING PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO CHANGE OVER TO A RAIN AND
SNOW AND PERHAPS SLEET MIX...AND EVENTUALLY TO ALL SNOW. LIGHT
SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE NORTH OF A HARRISBURG
ARKANSAS...TO A CAMDEN TENNESSEE LINE.
