SOUTHWESTERN PHELPS COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI...
WESTERN DENT COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI...
* UNTIL 900 AM CDT.
* AT 322 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
WARNED AREA. HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO TRAIN ACROSS THE
SAME LOCATIONS WHICH WILL LIKELY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
OCCUR. LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE...CROCKER...FORT LEONARD
WOOD...LICKING...MONTAUK STATE PARK...RICHLAND...ST. ROBERT AND
WAYNESVILLE. CREEKS...STREAMS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE
