NORTHEAST MISSOURI...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN WEST
CENTRAL ILLINOIS...HANCOCK...HENDERSON...MCDONOUGH AND WARREN.
IN SOUTHEAST IOWA...DES MOINES...HENRY IA...JEFFERSON...LEE
AND VAN BUREN. IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI...CLARK AND SCOTLAND.
* UNTIL 1 AM CDT FRIDAY
* ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN ARE
POSSIBLE ACROSS THE WATCH AREA THROUGH 1 AM CDT. SOILS REMAIN NEAR
SATURATION.
* A VERY MOIST ATMOSPHERE MEANS STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR. AREAS OF FLASH
FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE.
