Services for Maple M. Allison, 87, Lawrence, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, at Clinton Parkway Assembly of God, Lawrence. Graveside services will be Friday at Summit View Cemetery, Guthrie, Okla.

Mrs. Allison died Monday, Nov. 26, 2001, at her home.

She was born Sept. 2, 1914, in Holdenville, Okla., the daughter of John Robert and Carrie (Nugent) Williams. She lived most of her life in Holdenville and moved to Lawrence in 1994.

Mrs. Allison was a homemaker. She was a member of Westside Assembly of God, Guthrie, and attended Clinton Parkway Assembly of God.

She married Isaac Newton Countess in 1931, in Kingfisher, Okla. He died in 1956. She married Joe Pitts in 1962. He died July 4, 1976. She married Everett Allison in 1988. He died in August 1993.

Survivors include a son, Darrell Countess, Oklahoma City; two daughters, Louise Farmer, Lawrence, and Ada Smith, Eudora; two brothers, Vernon Williams, McCloud, Okla., and Kermit Williams, Edmond, Okla.; two sisters, Dollie Vargus, Phoenix, and Dessie Burpo, Greenfield, Calif.; 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to Clinton Parkway Assembly of God, sent in care of Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, Lawrence.
