Paige Elizabeth Harris
Scott and Jennifer Harris, Eudora, announce the birth of their daughter, Paige Elizabeth, on Monday, Aug. 26, 2002, at Overland Park Regional Medical Center.
Paige weighed 6 pounds 1 ounce and was 18 inches long.
Grandparents are John and Jackie Ayler and Michael and Mary Jane Harris, all of Eudora.
Paige's great-grandparents are Ab and Treavha Hall, George and Mary Abel and Don Harris, all of Eudora, Richard and Dorothy Ayler, Garden City, Mo., and the late Barbara Harris.

What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
