Hometown candidate Anthony Brown took the 38th Kansas House of Representatives seat Tuesday night with a win over Olathean Tom Marsh. Eudora’s city prosecutor, Charles Branson, fared well in the Democratic bid for Douglas County District Attorney against Martin Miller. Two other local candidates in the primary elections didn’t fare so well Tuesday.
