Mass of Christian burial for Mary Jane Delligatti, 86, Eudora, was Tuesday, May 11, at Holy Family Catholic Church. Burial services are pending.
Mrs. Delligatti died Friday, May 7, 2004, at the Pioneer Ridge Retirement Community in Lawrence.
She was born Nov. 20, 1917, in Atlantic, Iowa, the daughter of Lovell H. and Gladys Glines Hall.
Mrs. Delligatti grew up in Camdenton, Mo., and graduated from high school there. She worked at the Sunflower Plant in De Soto during the Korean War and World War II. She also was a clothing buyer for Macy's department store in Shawnee.
She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Eudora.
Mrs. Delligatti and her husband owned a business when they lived in New Jersey.
She married Henry Delligatti in 1949 in Pennsylvania. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include a sister Ruth Jacque Reese, Eudora; and a brother, John Arthor Hall, Lee's Summit, Mo.; three nieces, Jane Eisele, Texas, Pam Pineda, Lawrence, and Sharon Bray, Raytown, Mo.; and two nephews, John Hall Jr. and Larry Hall, both of Lee's Summit.
The family suggests memorials to the American Macular Degeneration Foundation, sent in care of Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1260, Lawrence 66044.
