Police report

Sunday/April 8

  • Arrest. At about 6 a.m. in the 600 block of Church Street, officers arrested a 35-year-old female for driving under the influence.

Monday/April 9

  • Harassment. At about 1:25 p.m. in the 1300 block of Ash Street, officers took a report of telephone harassment.
  • Accident. Unknown time. In the 800 block of Acorn Street, officers worked a non-injury leaving-the-scene accident.

Tuesday/April 10

  • Child in need of care. At about 6:50 p.m. in the 1100 block of West 13th Street, officers took a 15-year-old male into custody as a child in need of care.

Wednesday/April 11

  • Theft. At about 9:30 a.m. in the area of Grandview Mobile Home Park, a victim reported a stolen all terrain vehicle. Officers found the vehicle April 12. Officers interviewed a suspect and the case is pending with the district attorney.
  • Criminal damage. At about 1:45 p.m. in the 1200 block of Spruce Street, officers took a criminal damage report. No damage estimate given.

Saturday/April 14

  • Battery. At about 4:30 a.m. in the 1400 block of Church Street, officers took a battery report. A male subject was taken into custody.
  • Disturbance. At about 11:45 a.m. in the 1700 block of Sycamore, officers took a report of a disturbance at the residence.
  • Arrest. At about 1:35 p.m. in the area of Kansas Highway 10 mile marker 12, officers arrested a male on two out-of-county failure to appear in court warrants.

Monday/April 16

  • Theft. At about 8:30 a.m. in the 1400 block of Maple Street, officers took a theft report.
  • Stolen tag. At about 5:20 p.m. in the 1500 block of Greenway Drive, officers took a theft report of a state of Kansas 30-day temporary license tag.

Tuesday/April 17

  • Arrest. At about 1:45 a.m. in the area K-10 mile marker 11, officers arrested a female for driving on a suspended license and for reckless driving.
  • Child in need of care. At about 7:50 p.m. in the 1400 block of Elm Street, officers took a juvenile female into custody as a child in need of care.
  • Arrest. At about 9:10 p.m. in the 200 block of East Ninth Street, officers arrested a male for out-of-county failure to appear in court warrants.

Wednesday/April 18

  • Arrest. At about 6:35 p.m. in the area of Seventh and Main streets, officers arrested a male on out-of-county failure to appear warrants.

Friday/April 20

  • Child in need of care. At about 9 a.m. in the 1500 block of Stevens, officers took a male into custody as a child in need of care.
  • Accident. At about 3:45 p.m. in the 1500 block of Church Street, officers worked a three-car non-injury accident.

Saturday/April 21

  • Arrest. At about 2 a.m. in the area of K-10 mile marker 11, officers arrested a male suspect for driving under the influence and leaving the scene of a non-injury accident.
