Family of Faith Church, 2295 N. 1300 Road, will have its Christmas program at 6:30 p.m. Sunday and Christmas Eve services will be at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 24.
Eudora Assembly of God Church, in the 800 block of Main Street, will have its children's Christmas program at 10:30 a.m. Sunday.
St. Paul United Church of Christ will have a Longest Night of the Year service at 7 p.m. Dec. 22, which is the winter solstice. The service is at the church, Eighth and Church streets.
The Longest Night of the Year service is an opportunity to acknowledge the less-than-merry feelings that can accompany the Christmas season.
The service is open to the community.

The Rev. Michael Tomson-DeGreeff at Eudora United Methodist Church will continue his advent sermon series Sunday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary/Eudora Chapel, 1003 John L. Williams Drive, east on 10th Street on Douglas County Road 442.
Topics include "It's a Wonderful Life: What If You Had Never Been Born?" Dec. 16; and "How the Grinch Stole Christmas: Thank Goodness for the Grinch," Dec. 23.
The public is invited to participate in any or all of the sermons.
The Praise Band at Eudora United Methodist Church practices at noon Sundays at the church parsonage, 625 Church St.
Singers, guitarists, keyboard players and drummers are needed and do not have to be members of the church to join.

The Eudora United Methodist Church Chancel Choir meets for rehearsals at 7 p.m. Wednesdays at the Kruger residence, 826 E. 12th St. Men especially are needed to join.
The choir sings at the 10:30 a.m. services of Eudora UMC, which meets each Sunday at Warren-McElwain Chapel on East 10th Street on Douglas County Road 442.
Participants do not need to be a member of Eudora United Methodist Church to join the choir.
