Local resident recognized

Eudora resident Douglas Mateo continues to move up the ranks within Market America's Unfranchise System. Mateo was promote to the executive coordinator level as an independent distributor for Market America, an innovative product brokerage and Internet marketing company.

Mateo's achievement to this new level signifies success in sales, leadership and management in motivating and training other distributors to do the same.

"One of my biggest goals is to continuously strive to improve my business and leadership skills," Mateo said. "Market America provides market-driven products, as well as the training and support to achieve my goals and new levels. I will continue to challenge myself to reach new heights, both personally and professionally."

Mateo became eligible for this new level after completing the "Coordinators" as well as successfully building a base of customers and a sales organization that consistently achieves a high level of product sales on a monthly basis.

Mateo has been an independent distributor for Market America since May 2006.

By attaining the new executive coordinator position, Mateo will be recognized in the company's monthly PowerLine magazine and further listings in the company's profiles of success annual catalog.
