Oakes joins Eudora News
David Oakes has joined the staff of The Eudora News as the Eudora reporter.
Oakes has a bachelor's degree in elementary education and master's degree in journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Prior to working at The Eudora News, David worked as a copy editor and reviewed music and movies for the Reno Gazette-Journal.
He also taught Writing Across Media as a part-time adjunct instructor at UNR.
David and his wife, Kendra, live in Lawrence where she is attending law school at Kansas University.
