Eudora Area Historical Society meeting
July 10, 2008
The July meeting of the Eudora Area Historical society will be at 7:30 p.m. July 17 at Eudora City Hall, 4 E. Seventh Street.
It will be ice cream social night with Phylis Young giving a program about early filling stations. There will also be a newspaper rally.

What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
