A: I’ve lived in Eudora for 25 years and I moved here because of my husband.
Q: What is the best advice you’ve ever been given?
A: My uncle told me that when it comes to dealing with kids, stick to your guns.
Q: What is the biggest risk you’ve ever taken?
A: Buying investment property.

A: I’m fair, honest and an upstanding citizen.

A: I not an easily irritated person, so I can’t really think of any.
Q: When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A: I wanted to be an artist

A: Mining in the west.

What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
