PTO costume bingo

The Eudora Elementary School PTO will have a costume bingo from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Eudora Elementary School, 801 E. 10th St. Doors to the school will open at 5:50 p.m. and there will be a costume contest. Concessions also will be available.

What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
