St. Paul United Church of Christ will have a Longest Night of the Year service at 7 p.m. Saturday, which is the winter solstice. The service is at the church, Eighth and Church streets.

Holy Family Church will have a “Family Night” hayrack ride at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. The wagon will depart from the church parking lot at 820 Birch St., to tour the city and Christmas lights.
