What was your initial reaction when you learned that George Tiller had been shot and killed?

“Somewhat surprised. No matter how much anyone may have opposed what Dr. Tiller did, killing him is still wrong. Anyone who is truly pro-life would not even consider doing such a thing.”

“Surprised, I guess, because I hadn’t heard anything about him for a while. But I pretty much guessed who it was when they went on talking about it. I’m not for late-term abortion but I wouldn’t go out and kill a man, either.”

“I was shocked and disappointed that a person would kill the doctor. It just seems to me that there would have been a more peaceful way to handle the situation.”
