EXCESSIVE RUNOFF...ESPECIALLY ON RECENTLY FROZEN AND SNOW COVERED
GROUND. WIDESPREAD RAINFALL TOTALS OF ONE INCH ARE EXPECTED IN THE
WATCH AREA...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.
* FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND POORLY DRAINED AREAS...AS WELL AS
STREAMS...CREEKS AND SMALLER RIVERS...IS POSSIBLE.

CURRENT FORECASTS.
