Beets Promoted
Eudora High School graduate Kelly Neis Beets was recently promoted to the Three-Star Special Team Leader level with AtHome America, a direct seller of home-decorating accents and furnishings.
In order to reach the special team leader level, specialists must reach certain levels in their personal sales and team sales as well as add new members to build their teams.

What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
