Child care orientation

A meeting to provide information regarding registration and licensing of family day care homes will take place at 6:30 p.m. July 17 at the Lawrence-Douglas County Health Department, 200 Maine St., Suite B.
Kansas State law requires that homes be registered or licensed when child care is provided away from the child’s own home for one or two children more than 20 hours a week or for three or more children.
