* THUNDERSTORMS DUMPED FROM 3 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN ACROSS PARTS OF
THE WATCH AREA OVER THE PAST 24 HOURS. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
HAVE BEEN REPORTED WITH SEVERAL HOMES..BUSINESSES...AND AUTOS
ALREADY FLOODED. NUMEROUS FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAIN IN EFFECT
FOR AREAS ALONG AND NORTH OF THE OHIO RIVER.
* ADDITIONAL MODERATE RAINFALL BETWEEN A QUARTER TO THREE QUARTERS
AN INCH PER HOUR REMAIN POSSIBLE THROUGH SUNRISE. THIS COMBINED
WITH RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINS EARLIER MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL OR
PERSISTENT FLOODING. MOST ALL OF THE RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO EXIT
THE REGION AROUND 7 AM THIS MORNING. HOWEVER IF FLOOD WATERS ARE
SLOW TO RECEDE SOME OF THE WARNINGS MAY HAVE TO BE EXTENDED.
